Terms & Conditions

Last updated 26 July 2026

These are the terms on which we work. The important parts are that we are a consultancy rather than a decision-maker, that our fee is separate from the fees charged by embassies and application centres, and that no one can guarantee a visa.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and Abdullah T Cons Ltd, a visa consultancy operating in the United Kingdom.

They apply when you submit an application through this website or otherwise ask us to work on a visa application for you. By submitting an application you confirm you have read them.

2. What we do

We are an independent visa consultancy. We prepare, check and support visa applications, and where your chosen service includes it we book appointments on your behalf.

We are not an embassy, a consulate, a visa application centre, a government department or an immigration adviser, and we are not affiliated with any of them. We have no role in deciding any application.

3. What we do not and cannot promise

We cannot guarantee that your visa will be granted. The decision belongs entirely to the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority, which applies its own rules and is not obliged to give reasons.

We cannot guarantee that an appointment will be available on any particular date, at any particular centre, or within any particular timescale. Appointment availability is controlled by the application centre operator and changes without notice.

We cannot guarantee processing times. These are set by the authority handling your application and vary by season, destination and circumstance.

Nobody offering you these guarantees is in a position to keep them.

4. Our services and fees

We offer three services, at the fees published on this website at the time you order:

  • Appointment Booking — £100: For travellers who have their paperwork in hand and only need the appointment secured.
  • Documentation & Appointment — £170: For travellers who want the appointment secured and the whole application prepared properly.
  • Complete Application Support — £300: Everything handled end to end — including the flight reservation document the application asks for.

These are our consultancy fees only. They do not include embassy or consulate visa fees, visa application centre service charges, biometric charges, travel insurance premiums, courier charges, or your actual travel and accommodation. Those are set by other organisations and are payable by you directly to them.

Submitting an application through this website does not charge you anything and does not create a contract on its own. We will contact you to confirm the service, the fee and how to pay before any work begins.

5. Flight reservations and temporary bookings

Where your service includes flight reservation or temporary booking documentation, that documentation is prepared for the purpose of your visa application. It is not a purchased airline ticket, it does not entitle you to board any aircraft, and it may be cancelled after your application is decided.

If you want an actual airline ticket, that is a separate arrangement at a separate cost, and we would normally advise waiting for a decision before buying one.

6. What we need from you

Our work depends entirely on what you give us. You agree that:

  • Everything you tell us is true, accurate and complete, and matches your passport
  • You will tell us promptly if anything changes — particularly your travel dates, your contact details or your immigration status
  • You will provide documents when we ask for them, in the form we ask for them
  • You will attend your appointment, or tell us in good time if you cannot

We are not responsible for a refusal, a delay or a missed appointment that results from information you gave us being wrong or incomplete, from documents arriving late, or from you not attending. Giving false information to an immigration authority is a serious matter with consequences well beyond a refused application, and we will not knowingly assist with it.

7. Our liability

We will carry out our service with reasonable care and skill, as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires.

If we fail to do that and you lose out as a result, our liability is limited to the fee you paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for the embassy fee, the application centre charge, your flights, your accommodation, your time off work, or any other consequential loss arising from a refused or delayed application.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Cancelling

Your cancellation rights, including your statutory 14-day right to cancel and what happens if you ask us to start straight away, are set out in our Refunds & Cancellations policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, tell us. We would far rather hear about it and put it right. Contact us using the details on our contact page, explain what happened, and we will respond.

10. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your application is the one published when you submitted it.
