Before you apply

Do you guarantee visa approval?

No. Abdullah Travels provides consultancy and application support. The decision on any visa application is made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority, and nobody outside those bodies can influence or guarantee the outcome. What we can do is make sure your application is complete, consistent and presented properly.

Which countries do you currently support?

We currently support applications for the Netherlands and Germany. Further European destinations are planned, and we only list a country once we can genuinely support applications for it.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no login, no password and no customer portal. You choose your service, send us your details once, and our team contacts you directly using the details you gave. Everything after that happens by phone, WhatsApp or email.

What happens after I submit my application?

You get a reference number straight away on screen and by email. Your details go directly to our team, who will contact you to confirm the next steps, agree the fee and tell you exactly which documents we need from you.

Does Complete Application Support include an airline ticket?

No. Where it is appropriate for the application, the service can include a flight reservation or temporary booking document prepared for the purpose of the visa application. That is not a purchased airline ticket and does not entitle you to travel. A real ticket is bought separately by you, and we would normally advise waiting until a decision has been made before doing so.

What is the difference between the three packages?

They build on each other. Appointment Booking (£100) covers securing your appointment: choosing the right application centre, making the booking and confirming it. Documentation & Appointment (£170) does all of that and prepares the application as well — a checklist matched to your circumstances, help with the form, a cover letter and itinerary where they apply, and a full review before you attend. Complete Application Support (£300) adds the two things the other packages leave to you: flight reservation documentation prepared for the application, and help arranging travel insurance.
